I just love making simple banana cake recipes and baking new recipes. This time I found Emeril Lagasse banana bread so I had to try it!
The result is this easy and moist banana bread with some extra cinnamon that I always have to double it to be on my taste .

The banana muffins recipe I made last week, is great as mini banana cakes too.
Just make the same batter as in the recipe for banana muffins from here, and bake it in a nonstick petite loaf pan with the same instructions.

For this simple cake recipe you don’t need to worry about anything going wrong… it’s that easy. The result it’s a classic moist and flavorful banana bread.
