Banana cakes

The banana muffins recipe I made last week, is great as mini banana cakes too.

Just make the same batter as in the recipe for banana muffins from here, and bake it in a nonstick petite loaf pan with the same instructions.

Recipe for Banana muffins

I love this banana muffins recipe because it has 4 bananas, instead of 2 as in the most recipes… which means extra flavor. Our house smelled so good, that we couldn’t resist to wait for them to cool completely.
